Mah Jong Group
Mah Jong is a game that originated in China in the 19th century. The game is usually played by four players using tiles that are inscribed with Chinese characters and European numbers. It is easy to learn and players very quickly pick up the basic rules. If you would like to learn to play, or are a lapsed player, please do give our sessions a try. Members are free to choose which days they wish to play (Wednesdays, Fridays or both) on a regular basis or ad hoc.
If you would like to join the group or come along for a taster session please contact Helen Wild on 01296 748679 or email@example.com.
We meet at Haddenham Community Library on the first and third Friday afternoons of the month, from 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
We also meet at the Rosary Room, Catholic Church, Haddenham on the second and fourth Wednesday mornings of the month, from 10.30am to 1.00pm.
Members each pay £1.00 per session to cover room hire and refreshments.
